Privacy Policy & Collection Notice
We collect only the information needed to handle enquiries, programmes, quotations and orders, guided by clarity, proportionality and security.
Before launch: This page reflects the current site functions. It must be updated and professionally reviewed when payments, ecommerce, analytics, memberships or new data-processing services are introduced.

1. Scope
This policy applies to personal data collected through the Prima Nova website, including general contact, school or organisation programme enquiries, and 3D design and printing quote forms. WhatsApp and other third-party services are governed by their own privacy policies.
2. Information we collect
- Adult contact names, email addresses, phone or WhatsApp details;
- Company, school or organisation name, role and basic programme information;
- Enquiry content, intended use, size, material, quantity, preferred date and other information you choose to provide;
- Non-confidential model or reference files and sharing links, if supplied;
- Basic technical records needed for security, spam filtering and reliable site operation.
3. Children's information
Website forms are intended for a parent, guardian, school or organisation's adult contact. We do not ask children to submit names, student IDs, health information or unnecessary personal data. Adults arranging activities should provide only information genuinely needed for that purpose.
4. Purpose of use
Information is used to respond to enquiries, assess programme or production needs, prepare quotations, confirm orders or registration, arrange handover, and handle related service records. It is not used for unrelated direct marketing without appropriate consent.
5. Required and optional information
Required form fields are marked with an asterisk. Optional information may be withheld, although insufficient information can prevent accurate assessment or response. Submission is voluntary and does not confirm a programme, order, price or deadline.
6. Service providers and disclosure
The website is hosted by Netlify and form submissions are processed and stored through Netlify Forms. Where needed to fulfil an enquiry or service, technical, design, production, venue, logistics or professional providers may access only the information necessary for their task. We do not sell personal data.
7. Files, confidential material and intellectual property
The public form accepts non-confidential files below 8 MB only. Do not upload confidential, sensitive, NDA-protected or otherwise unsuitable material or public links. Submit basic contact details first so a transfer method can be discussed. Only provide content you have the right to use and share.
8. Retention and security
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the original purpose, service follow-up, disputes, and applicable legal or accounting needs, then deleted or de-identified where appropriate. No online transmission can be guaranteed completely secure, so do not use the public form for highly sensitive data.
9. Class photographs and work
The site primarily uses photographs of work, making processes and hands. Identifiable images of children are used only after clear notice and appropriate consent for photography and publication, with a reasonable way to opt out.
10. Access, correction and questions
Use the contact form to ask about personal data we hold, request a correction or raise a question about its use. A direct email route can also be used after a confirmed contact email is added to the site.
11. Updates
This policy may change when site functions or operations change. The revised version and update date will be published here.
