Terms
Website & Enquiry Terms
These terms explain the basic arrangements for site information, product enquiries, classes and 3D production services. Written confirmation for each order or programme defines its actual scope.

1. Website information
We aim to keep information accurate, but classes, venues, materials, availability, equipment capacity and service arrangements may change. Site content is introductory and is not a confirmed quotation, order, registration or guarantee.
2. WhatsApp product enquiries
Product prices are not displayed. Style, material, colour, quantity, personalisation, availability and handover are confirmed through WhatsApp. An order is established only after final scope, price and payment arrangements are agreed.
3. Classes and activities
Class pages present programme directions. Each confirmed session states the age group, finished piece, duration, venue, capacity, fee and participation requirements. A WhatsApp enquiry does not reserve a place; registration is complete only after the session and payment arrangements are confirmed.
4. Schools and organisations
Programme content, group size, staffing, equipment, venue conditions, date, fees and responsibilities are discussed for each enquiry. Only a written agreement confirms the arrangement.
5. 3D design and printing quotes
Nominal build volume, material lists and general capability do not mean every model can be produced. Printability, dimensions, tolerances, orientation, supports, appearance, strength, material behaviour, finishing, failure risk and timing require project-specific assessment.
6. Customer content and rights
The submitter must have the right to provide and use relevant text, images, trademarks, characters, models, designs and files, and ensure the intended use is lawful. We may decline work suspected of infringement, illegality, unsafe use, misrepresentation or being outside our capability.
7. Confidential projects
The public website form is not a confidential-file transfer system. Do not upload files or public links containing trade secrets, NDA-protected or sensitive information. Submit non-sensitive contact details first to discuss confidentiality and transfer arrangements.
8. Equipment safety in classes
Participants do not handle hot ends, heated beds, filament changes, hot parts, moving components, troubleshooting, cleaning or maintenance. Instructors decide the demonstration method based on the venue and equipment, and participants must follow instructor and venue safety directions.
9. External services and links
The site may link to WhatsApp, Netlify or other third-party services. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply when those services are used.
10. Site content rights
Unless stated otherwise, Prima Nova site text, brand materials, layout and original graphics are provided for browsing and enquiry. They should not be copied, impersonated, resold or used in a way that suggests Prima Nova endorsement without appropriate permission.
11. Contact
Questions about these terms or an arrangement can be sent through the contact form. If a specific written quotation, confirmation or agreement differs from this general page, that specific document takes priority.
